Not quite. They are about as different as the other scale aerobatics airplanes out there.

The fuss is bigger. On the thought that all new pattern planes look alike. Well its kind of true, but the real difference comes in the performance and the way they handle in the sky.

On the cost of the plane. I've asked Marcelo Colombo and all he said its slightly more than the Genesis. What that means in street pricing I've got no idea.

Anybody seen the new Genesis WC (World Championships) with side force generators?

I'm feelin' the pattern thing for sure. My only hope is that those in charge of naming these airplanes can kick it up a notch! I mean really, Genesis, Osmose, Oxalys? All too cerebral and WAY too touchy feely. Why not PIT BULL WITH AIDS, BLOOD CURDLING BASHEE, MAYHEM DEATH DESTRUCTION,,you know that sort of thing?

I can promise you boys there won't be any kinda kum-ba-ya name written on the side of my badass pointy nosed lawn dart!!!

I think its a weight issue. The longer the name the more paint you need.
