Default DA 100 Needle settings?

I have a local guy here who has a new DA 100 and I have no idea where to start. I could manually figure it out, but a closer answer would be better. I would check the needle's on the DA 100 I have that's got about 5 gallons through it, but we want to know where the stock settings should be. He got some bad gas and took the carb apart to get the junk out of it and did not count. Thanks.

Directly from the owner's manual - "A general starting point is: 1 3/8 open on the low needle, 1 1/2 open on the high needle."

Good, thanks. I will try to get him sorted out tomorrow...
His headers are 9 3/4", which is a little short, but I think will be "ok" with the MTW 75 fat cans... not the slim ones like I have..
