Default T-rex

I think they need to spray the world with something to kill that bug that keeps biting people, cause it bit me. lol. I'm 15 and have been flying planes for about 11 years or so. I've always wanted a helicopter to play around with but never wanted the hastle. My buddy at my field I fly at just got into planes(he is now a plane/heli multi tasker) and is a great heli pilot. He wants me to "barrow" his expensive t-rex and fly alittle. I've flown alot on the sim with helicopters and have had the pleasure of flying a vibe 90, raptor 30, and caliber 30 awhile back, so I'm not that new but not that experienced. I think he said his bird was a T-rex hde 450 xl with the align 430, align 35 esc, and some nice hitecs all around. I want to fly it but if i crash, i want to know how to fix is and what to look for after the crash to Know what to buy. LOL. More of when i crash it i guess. Do any of you who are "Highly skilled crashes" know what to do?

I got a Trex SE after lots of sim time. I picked it up and flew it no problem the first time. Forward flight, hovering in all directions, inverted on the second flight, hammer heads, backward (not perfect yet), side to side etc.
I found it to be no problem at all transitioning from being a sim wannabe to putting a trex through its paces. I just put the 6th battery through mine.
Setting it up though was a whole other story.....I spent more time than I'd like to admit messing with programming.
