New Hitec Fusion 9 reciever?
Just ordered one of these recievers and was wondering if anyone was using one on a gasser yet? I need to know how its holding up. Thanks.

There have been problems.
One problem related to vibration and there was a "secret" recall of an entire batch. Hitec initially denied that there was a problem, until planes started crashing Then they denied there was a recall, until a dealer let the cat out of the bag. Then they denied that any of the faulty units had reached the market -- until people said they'd been contacted by their LHS and asked to return their receivers. Apparently the problems are now solved. I'd advise you to exercise reasonable care (just as you would with any new RC gear), perhaps testing the receiver first on a cheaper/lighter plane. |

No, I was going to try one but found that there was no stock anywhere. After doing a little digging I found out why :-)
