This time next week I will be doing my final packing and hitting the road about noon. I'm planning on spending Friday night somewhere in the mountains then driving in Saturday morning.

It's almost time to start counting hours instead of days.

How do you do it?

I only get two weeks vacation per year, 1/2 of It i spend taking vacation days so I can study for finals and Midterms, the other 1/2 I take so my wife can visit her family in Cheeseland.

How do you find the time off to attend big events. I plan on making 6 IMAC's this year but they are all within 6 hours drive and on the weekends.

Ya we are getting excited also way back here in Idaho. We can't wait to spend some more time with our old R/C buddies and get to know some new ones. A great big thanks to Pat Hartness to keep the event growing and improving the facilities each and every year, year after year.

I get 5 weeks of vacation a year. Last year, I spent 4 on airplane events. This doesnt count weekend IMAC trips and other weekend events. I spent the last week relaxing up in Vermont for an actual "vacation" at the lake. It is nice to have that amount of vacation, but it cost me a small fortune in fuel and traveling expenses to go to all those events. Im definetly going to cut it back a little this year. Try to narrow it down to 3 weeks (not counting weekend events/IMAC).
