Default Elevator travel problem ...!!

i have a funtana 90 and i have big problem with the elevator .... the two elevators have a difference during there travel but at the end point they become level again ....and the plane has aileron effect .... is there any trick on my futaba 9c to fix that problem ? both digital servos ...

Assuming the geometry is good?
Maybe you could take all of your servos out and pick the two that are most linear and use those on the elevators. The others might be out just a hair, but with aileron differential it it might not be as much of a problem.

I had the same problem and it was my Rx. I mixed the elvator channel and another channel (aux 1 or 2) to travel together, but I'd get the same problem. Try another Rx or playing around with the travels (didn't work for me). I tried reversing the servo position, etc and it was always the same. as soon as I switched the receiver it was fine. try mixing in different channels on the Rx to the elevator and see if it works.

didn't make a difference in flight, though, since it wasn't 100% of the time that I used full throws unless in an elevator, etc. i didn't seem to notice it but changed the rx anyway

If you have a 9c then you need to use Ailevator function activated and zero out the aileron's to zero. You will need to install your servos into channel 2 and 8. Make sure both servo are sub-trimmed to zero and that the arm is exactly 90 deg out from the servo case. Make sure both control horns and arms are exactly the same length as well. If you do all of this they will move together perfect "as long as you have good servos"

Exactly what Garret said. You need to make sure you mechanical geometry is as close as perfect as possible. Once that's as good as you can get it, then do the final Ailevator setup with the radio using zero subtrim if possible. I've also had great success programming the Hitec digitals to match the center and end points and then Y them together so there's no lag between 2 channels. Regardless, any and all methods require your mechanical setup to be near-perfect to retain matched movement throughout the range of throw.

the servo position have difference because the tail is too short .....to have one servo on the left and one for the right ...

the problem I used to have was at the endpoints--one servo stopeed moving before the other at full throws, so it took a fraction of a second for the other one to catch up. They would move in unison until maye .5" (of throw) at the endpoints, both for up elevator and down elevator. It was sort of weird
