Adam Bry comes good in OZ!!

Hi All,

Adam Bry (Ombry) has been living the good life down here in Oz for a while. We have been fortunate enough to have him fly at a couple of comps. He put in a splendid performance at the Bendigo Masters coming home 5th in Unlimited. Which was pretty good considering he had to change models during his first round, and had no time for any practice.

Adam came up our last comp at Cootamundra last month. Well Adam came good and won the Unlimited class. Well done Adam (by the way Cootamundra is Aboriginal for a sleepy little town out the back of nowhere :-)

It's been great having Adam come fly with us, and we have really enjoyed his company (even if he does drink like a girl, and what's with that thing he does with Banana's!) So to all of Adams freinds back in the USA, we have looked after him, honest! Be carefull of what he tells you all about us, it's not all true! (only the good bits).

Cootamundra- from native word Gooramundra, variously given as turtles and marsh.

I looked up Cootamundra and all I found was:

Cootamundra- from native word Coronaman, meaning place where man puts lemon in imported beer.

What Richo said. It was great to meet Adam, he is a great ambassador for the USA, even if he did try to land my Comp ARF Giles in the trees(not his fault)LOL.

Hey - We have Adam coming to the North Central for the Summer!!! Don't worry, we will teach him how to drink properly!!

I will pass on your good comments about Adam to our local club. Our field is where Adam learned his love of flying from his dad.

We hope to have him at our local IMAC event in July to compete with some of the flyers from our region.
