Default E-flite Tribute FX 3D

Here's some pics and video of the Tribute FX 3D. Using the MicroDan 2510-3D/11 x 4.7 SF/TP1320/Thunderbird 18/AR6100 Rx. I'm also trying out a Razor 2500/Himax gearbox 5.4:1/ 12 x 6 SF. Both setups work equally well. The SFG's,RFG's and T-wing were put on to help tame some of the wing rock and rolling manuevers. Seems to fly like an F3P plane only outdoors. Really a superb foamy airframe no matter what you put under the cowl. That's my friend Blake Hilson on the sticks hucking in his backyard.

Wow, great mods to this plane.
If you turn the SFGs inward ( So air is directed to fuse ) It will fly slower and should still track great.

I'm also building a 52" version of the Clik F3P plane. It already has 4 SFG's on it but I wanted to try one of the "toe in" or "toe out" methods you're describing. Anticipate it will need some slowing down to keep the constant flight speed. Plus needed it a little heavier than 2oz wing loading for outdoor use! Saw the flat plate on the trailing edge method too. Will the toe in affect Knife edges , flat spins? Want to be able to throw some 3D in there too.

Glad you liked it. Blakes' a solid pilot! You should see him wring out his 35% Extra 260, he treats it like a foamie(sometimes). Maybe you'll like this video too...

If i ever get time im planning on doing SFGs on mine as well. I would like to do one set of larger plates on the wings with 90deg drag plates on them and see how it works.

Cool, keep us informed. I'll try anything if it helps my flying!
