Default what birds for the ETOC

What does eveybody who has kept up with this electric stuff think the main plane is going to be this year? In my opinion it is going to be the ikarus F3A or Yak maybe some of those insane foamy pattern planes or some biplanes like a quasar or inferno from hobby lobby. Tell us what you think. Maybe Mark will chime in if he reads this. C'mon Beavis tell us what you goin with.

I don't think you'll be seeing any hobby lobby foamies being flown...

Maybe a couple shockflyers but for the most part it's custom stuff like STR8HUCKIN said.

What up yall.
I am going to fly the new Sypher from Jason at Insane. I have been working with him for the past couple of months. I will most likely be attending the Memphis Contest with it as well.
Jason Shulman, Chip Hyde, and I will for sure be flying the plane this year. I am at Jason's House right now finishing up the planes for ETOC and Memphis. It is an A Frame fuse with a very unique look. I just weighed the primary model at 8.5 oz RTF with the Hacker A20 50S. Thunder Power 480 3S. JR E Flite Servos. APC 10 X 3.8. Been flying the airplane a lot with great results. I will be ready.
The Plane has 540 squares of wing area @ 8.5 oz = really light wing loading. Music will be unique and the routine better than last years.
Jason built me a new crate that will be painted in Carbon Fiber like the model with slots for batts, tools, and tx. I must say very pimping this year. Jason has been great and I cant wait to finally get back to the ETOC. Ready or Not here I come.
Mark Leseberg Jr.

Awsome Mark, I'll be there. You have any idea what quique is going with. I was thinking his bipe yak. Should be an awsome comp with the F3A stuff. It will be sweet to see that sort of flying with a foamy, a nice addition to indoor flying. see you there

Guys,

When you look at he vids of Donatas and the Euro planes I think this year is going to one of those go for broke ones.

Bringing in a greater number of international pilots is going to put the indoor and ETOC scene at an unprecedented level. I just wish I could make it and just be there to see it. It's surely going to be bigger than Ben Hur.

I spent Saturday with Mark and Jason painting his Sypher. Mark has more talents then just flying, that boy can paint. When you see the plane you will never believe it is for indoor, it is huge.

This year will see some real hybrids! When I came up with the sequence I was looking for a couple of maneuvers that will not only test pilots, it waill test the planes as well! Believe it or not the downline roll is a real son of a gun. Also the half roll half roll snap will be pushed for space as well. Expect very light slow airplanes to do well. Will probably see either vp or drag inducing gadgets used to slow the planes. This should be a banner year for the E-TOC! Flying Giants will have exclusive coverage and videos,,, spread the word!

I will use Futurion, 2 different sizes and constructions. Bigger with full fuse for sequence and smaller one with shocky type fuselage for freestyle. Both planes will be under 5-6 oz and will have very low wing loading.

By the way next thursday im going to embassy for visa, if i get it im 110% in Toledo
