Goulian Castrol Carden 330S Done!!!!
Well, it took some time, but it's finished up and now sitting in the shop of BDUB...

covering and graphics are all out of monocoat. PPG paint on the cowl and hatch...

Thanks guys....
It was actually a very good chalange trying to get it to work out on this airframe... the CAP232 is significantly different with the low wing and the stab infront of the vertical fin. Made getting the graphics to flow a bit tough. I'm happy with the results... Paint on the hatch and cowl needs cutting and polishing still... It's at Brians shop now. He's looking at flying this next long weekend. |

Long story short... Carden is responsible for the new parts, but still in prototype faze. This 330 has the parts in it as a test bed for Dennis. It will be flown for as long as Dennis decides is needed. Carden showed this box at the Toledo show as a future product, but obviously it is his decision on when, where, and how much...
My part in it is the Cad/Design side and building. The cutouts are obviously similar to what Walt and Brian H. have been doing for years. Both of these guys got some good looks at the box in Toledo and their suggestions were incorporated into it... really a community effort. My suggestion would be to talk to Dennis on the specific details and his plans…. He also might want to know how many to cut  |
