Very nice job. That is a work of art. Do you know what the weight of it was with the laser cut and the painted frame work, which looks killer. Can not wait to talk to dennis about the laser cut it looks really good. That is relly something to be proud of.

I hope this laser cutting is implemented by Carden. I recently built my fuse on a Carden 40% Edge and although it is rewarding to do all the cutouts, I think I'd rather they be done. It also appears to interlock to guarantee a straight motorbox. I saved about 10 oz on my motorbox so the laser cutting saves significantly more.

Yes, It does save alot of time building!
THese shots are some from the first one off the laser, doing a test fit and tolerance stuff. made a few minor changes after that... |

2 years ago I saw Mike Goulian perform at Oshkosh in his Castrol Cap 232, it is one beautiful airplane. So needless to say, that is one great covering job...
