It just means that the plane flies a straight line with less work. Snaps are beautiful on the 260. I have tried them and found myself under-rotating also.

Like Vic3D said, it's less work when flying in a straight line. Not that it's a HUGE difference, but it's noticable. Dont forget the SuperXtra has a bigger wingspan, and has a longer fuse. Both of which makes it feel just a little bit more stable.

Alright more indepth, Do the mtw cans add alot of power to the da??? What do they do best??? And which setup would give me the most power. I want to turn this 260 into a missle!!! Also if you guys could do me a huge favor. Could one of you go out to the shop and see the lengths of extensions for: elevators, ailerons, throttle choke. Thanks a ton guys. Also what is the drop for the headers needed on this bird.

MTW cans will only quiet ur motor down, that's it. You wanna turn it into a missile? 3W 170 with cans. Or a 3W 157 and Greves Pipes.

I have taken that 157 into consideration. Especially now that you can get the cs for the price of the classic. So the greeves pipes are the real deal???? And the mtw 110s dont help???

The 260 has plenty of power with a DA150 on cans, and is rocket on a DA150 with BMB or K&S pipes. Just remeber that too much power on uplines can get you into more trouble then you think. Humpty's with the 260 will be no difference to any other plane out there.

So do the mtw 110 improve the rpms or not. If not I will buy pipes.

Cans will generally not improve RPM's, you may see a small increase or you may not. Pipes will cerainly improve the RPM's.

Have you checked with DA to ask what they recommend? Hard to imagine anyone with more experience.
