Default esskay 400xt will this be ok for a reflex 3d?

hi guys
I already have a esskay 400xt and jetti 8 amp controller and was looking for a new home for it. Im thinking about a hobby lobby reflex but am worried it will be a little under powered. The motor is rated for model up to 16 oz and the reflex is stated to have a flying weight of 13 to 14 oz. I will be using a 3 cel 900mah pack. Will it still hover with this combo?

Any help and advise is much appreciated.
