Hi Guys,

I’m still a bit confused about how many of you are coming?????
There are a few things that you need. Gazebos or anything that makes shade is a good idea, as I have said, it gets hot during the day, and then shade is a good idea. As we will be on the sunny side of the field the entire day. You need to bring Sleeping bags, or something that will keep you warm at night….It gets very COLD at night.

As I thought that only 2 or maybe 3 of you guys are coming, me and my big mouth said that I would provide Camping equipment for everybody. Seeing that you are apparently 6 or seven guys coming, I might need some help with that. Although it would be a good Idea for me to hire what I don’t have. That leaves much more space in the Cars and Trailers to bring planes……..that’s what its all about anyway.
What you do need to bring: Planes, lots of Fuel, Chargers, some Tools, DON’T FORGET YOUR TRANSMITTERS, and Sleeping bags ect. and a good mood.

As for your Cars and Trailers, make sure that they are licensed, and roadworthy. You will need an AA ZA sticker on car and Trailer. Valid Passports, as Gus has said, if the car has a HP open, bring a letter from the bank. (you might need it) A good spare Tire for every vehicle. Lots of Pad kos and Water……No, no not beer, stay sober on the road.

I will arrange: Accommodation in Windhoek (I have no idea where you will be staying, but I will figure it out)
Then I will bring Food and “Tafel, Windhoek, Draught and Jaegermeister” I have a four man Tent, a two man Tent and a roof Tent for my Kombi. I have Braai, Cutlery, Cool boxes, Fridges, Generators, Tables, ect…ect.

7 guys, that’s great, we will have such a good vibe going.
Just checked out the Video, some nice flying there, I'm very impressed by Trevor’s Extra, great flying bird, I would loose the all white plane though.
Be prepared to loose about 15% of available power in Karibib, it's 1100M above see level, that’s great for us, because we fly at 2000M normally, but you guy will have to get used to it.
