Default 14MZ Question

Is the antenna placement on the 5114 receiver effected by the carbon fibre mat on a Comp ARF? My JR antenna runs along side the inside of the fuse and through a former covered in carbon fibre with no noise issues.

The antenna on a 5014 receiver in my Troy 260 had to be rerouted outside to get a clean signal. I had a JR receiver in it before with no noise issues. The 5014 antenna is really short compared to the JR.

Thanks

Default Re: 14MZ Question

Shouldnt be an issue in either airplane. Jagerbomb has 2 comp arf's with 5014 and a 5114. 75 plus flight on each no problems. If your lockin out you have some other issue....
