GREAT JOB GUYS of the Abilene club
I always have fun while there and it wasn't anywhere near as hot as last year. Hope to see everyone there again next year. Eddie B. SouthCentral A.R.D. DR Hobbies rep |

Great job James and all the gang in Abilene. You had a well run event, great food and hopitality. Hope I can come back next year.
It was fantastic for me to be with all the pilots / friends and meeting new ones too. Wood is good, but the cert in a frame is very nice also. Flannel shirt and ax next year. Gonna bring home some of that misquite for bbq.

Make sure you use the mesquite in the fire for smoking. Wouldn't want any of you Cajuns throwing mesquite chunks into a pot of Gumbo with all that other weird stuff in there.

Darn near forgot to thank the Abilene boys!! I made sure I thanked the folks in the concession area, the guys that ran the impound and James himself, all that's left to do is thank the club, Rick, Dan and Ed for all of their help. If I'm still here next year, this is a "Do Not Miss" event!!
