Wow, Wisdom Teeth really suck.
Well today has been my big day to get my wisdom teeth to be removed. And ask anyone that's had them removed it's not fun. My cheecks are sore and my lips are numb making hard to swallow water for the vicadin. How fun. This will really suck if I can't fly on sunday.

I hear ya man, i had mine yanked out about two days ago. all four of em. im outa the numb stage but man am i swollen like a chipmonk. but anyways take it easy man hope you can fly soon.

I do not have fond memories of that day at all.
I think the roots on the wisdom teeth are the only ones connected to your sphincter. Man that was one of those unforgettable experiences, and yes it was a long time ago too. |

Having my wisdom teeth pulled was one of my fondest memories, I ***** you not. I had all four pulled at 4pm that day. I remember talking to the doctor while he was yanking. I could feel and hear the crunching before passing out. I was simply the best drugs I've ever had. I woke up and the wheeled me to a recovery bed. My wifes sister drove me home. Within one hour of getting home I yanked the gaze out of my mouth and one hour later I ate solid food. I never experienced any swelling, pain or discomfort, I suppose I was very lucky.

Yeah, I have the ice packs which have helped for the most part. Most of the pain and swelling is gone. This is nothing like when I had my bicuspids taken out. What ever they gave me made me pissed for days.

Had mine out last week, went in - went under - 20 minutes later no wisdom teeth....didnt swell that much, lots of medication to keep the pain down, only problem for me, no beer for 2 days and no solid food for 2 days...that was the real pain for me

Momo will tell you how much of a joy I was when I had mine out. Ate vicotin out of a candy dish. Dr. Death had to bang 2 of 'em out aparantly with a crowbar. Looked like a chipmunk for days. I'll see if I can dig up some pics. They are priceless.
