Well since I am no plane builder by any means... There are some things I could do better a second time around but no major mods.
I would only use the goop and 5 minute epoxy the next time...except for gluing in the CF, that I would still use the CA.
I put CA on the flying wires and they worked loose after a few bumps...ok more like crashes, lol
Stick with the goop and epoxy and it will be strong and light.
The hacker and TP combo is unreal in power, I love over powered planes and this one lives up to the hype.
The elevator is a little flexable and I might try to add some CF tape or something on # 2 uzi to stiffen it up a bit.
Your going to love it and thanks again heydick for the help and info on my build

I did a build thread a while back on EZone. I would recommend replacing the carbon support rods from the center of the fuse to the wing with an EPP block. I glued a few layers together and then used the belt sander to make a rounded front. The only other mod I prefer is two servos for the ailerons. One servo is not enough considering they have to fight the EPP hinge.

I put one of these together this Spring (Flys Great!) took longer then a 33% Aero-works and Hanger 9 35% Extra combined! I must of spent 50-60 hours on the damn thing, directions were translanted and the provided prints was the only savor.
Did I say it flew great? it really does.

Anyone using an axi 2808/20? Its for 26.5 ounce 3d. Weights about 30 grams less than axi 2814/20 and about the same with the hacker 30.
How is the balance coming out with the hacker 30 are you having to add weight to the tail and how much?

I just ordered an axi 2814/12. I noticed my axi 2212/20 has the same power as my hacker a20-20L but, axi has a longer flight duration.
UZI xxl will be here soon.

I see that this forum is all but dead, but I have to say that this bird is great and a lot of fun to fly, and if you don't have one, then might I suggest you get one ASAP, I know that it is a pricey Foamy but believe me after you fly it you will think it's cheap. Can't for the life of me understand why this plane don't have a bigger following( I know its because of the price because it sure ain't because of it's flyabilty )
