Tx Maintenance...?
For the radio experts, how often should I complete a maintenance routine on my transmitter, apart from the usual battery care/replacement?
Does anyone recommend sending it in to Futaba for detailed cleaning, parts check-up? If not, what do I look for to make sure everything is okay! If you care, I own a Futaba 9CAP, purchased new about 3 years ago. Thanks all, Marc B

I would send it in annually they will check its transmit power clean calibrate etc.. It don't cost that much.

I send mine in every year. Been flying for 30 years and never had any radio problems.
