Anybody has used GWS high torque servos ?
Are they to be trusted or a waste of money. |

I have 3. 2 went bad in a predator which lost me the ailerons and half of the v-tail. All 3 got pulled out of the plane I just won't trust the third one even though it seems to be ok. the other two just sit and jitter.

I used them years ago and found them to be a good entry level heavy duty servo . Must have owned 20 of them and about 8 are still in use . They are a bit slow and operate with a lot of noise but are strong .

THey worked OK, by themselves....slow, but strong.
When I mixed them with Futaba servos on the same receiver, they would act up. At least that is what I remember...... |
