Here are the final pics. These were taken at night by the way. Everything should be ready to go. Mine balanced out a little nose heavy. If I take the elevators off it wants to flip up. But with them on and wings on it is just a bit nose heavy but should be fine to fly tomorrow. It is right at the 9 inch mark. I have the batteries moved back. I still have to add a smoke pump battery, smoke pump and smoke tank. So hopefully this will help it out if I place it back far enough. I plan to fly tomorrow and hopefully get some video.

Kevin, I think I know why your plane wants to tip forward... I think you bolted on the landing gear backwards.... Shouldn't it be slanted forward?

We fixed the landing gear. Took 45 min but it probably would have saved me a prop!!!!

Is it necessary to glue the CF tube for the horiz stab? Anyone experienced any loosening after some time of flying?

No no no! Stab tubes should never be glued, or the stabs, at that.

If you get too much free play over time you can glue the tube into the fuse using epoxy/micro balloons, it is explained in the instructions. You could also use thin ca, put very light coats on the area that contacts the fuse until it fits snug, you may have to sand a little off if you put too much on. Using ca will allow you to still be able to remove the stab tube. The most important thing is that you line the tube up properly so your stabs fit.
