hey guys i am building a qq yak with da-100 and mtw cans. i need to cut the header cause they r to long. any specific details on the length that they have to be or maybe what you guys did. does it ateer if i cut them- will it effect performance. thanks. jed

Don't cut them, they will kill performance, simple as that.
I cut the header on my DA 50 for a CHP pipe and lost 400 rpm over stock!!! Typically, for cannisters, the longer the better.

If you cut them you will not only lose performance but also transition. You can play a little with it, consult with your engine mfg.
