Default Going Mac in one week

Well my birthday is coming up and I decided to ask for a Mac computer. I am getting the imac 20 inch mac computer. I am mainly going to use this for video work and website work and for school. I will also be able to use it for Real Flight g3. Cant wait to get it. Anyone else have this system.

Kev - G3? I have a 20" IMAC. Killer computer. Toro and I use them with Final Cut Studio for the DVD's. Perfect for that kind of stuff.

Sure you can use G3.5. The trick is to download and install Bootcamp from Apple. Its free. Bootcamp creates a partition and a disk of drivers for windows. You must then install windoze to the partition that Bootcamp created. Real easy to do. You then have a dual booting machine. Boot up in windoze to use G3. G3 works great, better then my computer at work. I've done this on my MacBook Pro dual core 2. Tried G3 with Parallels, but just couldn't get the interlink to be recognized.

Dang it Dan. I had almost given up hope of ever running AFPD again as I have a G5 dual pro and even with that crappy virtual windows thing installed it wont run.

Looks Like I have a some homework ahead of me.

Please keep an eye open on this thread coz sure as fried eggs I'm gonna cook something doing this.

No more windoze from Moccosoft down this way. I'm an incurable Mac addict.

Actually to be able to use any of the flight sims. There is NOTHING at all available that you could call a sim for the Mac. I know someones going to say yes there is but it does not hook up to to your regular TX, It does not have Extras, Edges, Funfly;s etc etc or any of the features a real RC sim has.

All MAC owners should email AFPD and ask them to port that software over. I'm told that AFD is very nearly Mac compatible and would not take a huge amount to make it work.

Thats only rumors guys!!!! Not fact.

If anyone can shed more light on it then I be here waiting.

DANG IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! You had my hopes way up for a fleeting moment.
