I am an aerobatics grafter. I am currently flying an Epsilon 60 (OS91) and a WM extra 330L 60 (OS AX120) in pattern and IMAC comps 5hrs travel away. Have an older Typhoon 2x2 to experience 2m. Currently bettering trimming my models and looking at next step model options, so looking forward to experiencing the site.

Hey hilli,
Great to have you here!! It sounds like you're on the right track, that Typhoon is supposed to be a nice 2 meter bird. Welcome to the Giants!!! |

My intro disappeared for a while but is back now. Thanks for your welcome 'Boulder' and 'Dangerous Dan'. This is a great site. Typhoon tracks nice and 'Black Magic' is a great looking plane with a great build site.
That is an interesting quote 'Do not fly in cow pastures'. Nothing like having a bull taking an interest in you and meaning business while you have a bird in the air. |

Hi Alan,
Always good to catch up with you guys. IMAC at Matamata has certainly gone ahead in recent times. The nzrcaa site is certainly a good one and was a big help thanks with sequence schedules and descriptions for us to run a one round club level comp. Missed the last couple of comps because of other commitments but I see a number of my regular rivals were there. Cheers Ian |
