Default 2.4 Spectrum antenna direction?

Any thoughts/comments on which direction the antenna should be pointed when using the Spectrum systems? Thanks in advance..........

doesn't matter as long as the tip is not pointed at the plane

Actually with mine it doesn't matter if the tip is pointed at the plane or not. Even at long distances. This is the perfect bullet proof system.

Try it during your range check. When it stops working with the antenna pointed at it, fold it 90deg to the side. All of the Spektrum systems around here are the same, when you fold it 90 degrees you get a lot farther range check than with it at the plane. So, I fly mine with the antenna 90 degrees to the side.
