Well you guys have fun at the *^*&^&* beach, if I go it will be spectating,, , I have to ship my DA off tommorow, , , I went to crank it up yesterday afternoon and it was missing on the left cylinder, so I was in the process of taking the cowl and etc, off and the dang bottom fell out,, so I got back out there today at the house and put a new plug in it, and checked the ignition, and both plugs are firing, then I straight wired the ignition and it wouldn't stay running, acted like it was flooding, then I tried to crank it back and gas is dripping out of the carb, like something internal in the carb is hung or something,, , but anyway, it is off to Tuscon, needless to say I am sorta upset, ,, monday when I put it up it was running fine, ??????????????????????/ anyway, sounds like a carb problem,

Gurley-man,

Dude, you should have just brought the whole deal with you to the beach and let us look it over. I'd bet we could get you back in action. DA's don't do that too often so there has to be a simple explanation. Oh yeah, and NEVER point a gun at a DA....it's bad "karma".

Elie - I'd say the circus IS behaving...we're following your lead! Great huckers think alike, I guess. I know Larry would be proud to sport a Snapasaurus sticker.

Are those "curvy" props still workin' well for you? I still need to whittle someting out for the 50% stuff.....

NO ITS NOT JBWELD<<<<<<<<<<HAHAHAHAH< < I was hoping you would forget about "his problems in life",,,,,,,,hahahah ,,It is something internal Robert I think,, as in the carb or motor, I can take the engine and hold it up and shake it from front to back and hear a rod hitting the crank journal, I have messed with 2 stroke dirt bike engines enough to know that it is accesive noise, there should be some clanking, but it is knocking when I shake it,, , like the rod bearing is bad or something, ,it could be something to do with the left cylinder, rod or piston, that might be why it is missing, ,but that wouldn't really explain the flooding, when I bought it before fayetteville, it had 9 gallons through it, so the guy said,it could have had 6 or 30 through it, but 9 is what he told me,, thats fine it runs awesome, but I have put 28 gallons through it in the last 5 months,, + the 9 it already had through it, so i have flown it ALOT<, but our flyin is coming up next weekend July 21 so I figured they could annual it while they fix it, and I can get it back first of the week, and have it flying thursday or so,

Oh heccccccccccccccccccccccccck yeah! You dern toot'n I'd sport a Snap Stika on my toys! Better yet, I'za want'n to do a duet wid ya Snap. We're headed up to the DOGS show again this fall, and I'm think'n we need to line'em up on the runway, and yank the chain clean off'em. We're getting a good crowd together from our club, and point'n the convoy north.
But on a serious note, you'll be getting my addy real soon.
