Yeah, the Travelling Circus caravan is packing up and heading to the beach. I'll bet there are some photo opportunities involving Yaks and waves............at least with foamies. But unlike the great circus hotel swimming pool huck of 2006, when you "go in" in the ocean, you may have to swim to get it. You got that "JayI"?

Jay,

When I saw you helping Yo-Yo cary back the remains of the Edge after his "off nominal" landing, I figured you'd be all over the reconstruction. Nice work getting him going again......

I have just returned from Cirrus Design Corp. in Duluth, MN where I was involved in the unveiling of a new "personal jet" that I have been working on (another story that I'll write about soon). During this big "shindig", I was fortunate to meet and talk with Patty Wagstaff for quite a while. And one of the subjects we talked about a bunch was RC airplanes! She wishes she had our Power-to-weight ratio!

Well, on the second day, she flew a private airshow for the approx. 800 attendees of the Cirrus Owners Pilots Association" (COPA) convention where more than 300 SR-20/22 aircraft migrated to Duluth. After her awesome show, she parked right in front of me and hung out a bit...... Here's a few pics of the Extra, Patty, and some of the MANY Cirrus aircraft.
