Robert, when you start on the raptor make sure you got a good pair of glasses and the smallest tweezer you can find. Man that thing is small.
Got 'ya, Josh. That thing is small and will be perfect for chasing Vapors!

Been on the Ham Radio tonight (PSK31 via the keyboard), whilst tinkering on the website a bit. Too dreary to work in the shop... I'm ready for some nice flying wx!!

Ok Larry, here are some pics of my winter project. This was Jeff's old SD 40% Yak that I striped, and put on a huge diet. She is now right at 41-42lbs and 129". Should be fun with the 157. The plane used to come in at close to or at 50lbs. It is also my first time ever covering, and I am pretty proud of it. It has what I call a 5 ft cover job.... Looks perfect from 5 ft back, but up close there are a few wrinkles. Look forward to seeing everyone next weekend at Fayetnam!

This is the one that I have... http://www.rcpowers.com/eurofighter/...ghterabout.htm

Ihave the foam basic and the pieces to cut out to make the more substantial one...I'll probably make two, the fisrt as the profile, then another with the body added

rear engine that can be setup for vector thrust

I have most of the bits needed, just have to purchase some strong metal geared micro servos...digital ones preferably.....but need to get the L13 back in the air first...that is next weeks task once I get the finals outta the way...two weeks off from skool and man do I need it!!!
