If you need to get the feel again I have a "special" t-28 you can fly at FFT. Just bring your TX and bind to it. I'll even have an extra battery for you. Don't worry about tearing it up, I did a pretty good job of that already( note it has no landing gear or canopy).

If I remember to get to the trash can before pick up, I have a canopy and set of gear you can have for that special T-28....

Jason, that's OK I really like the looks of it the way it is, it is my "combat T-28" for when Robert and Larry want to fly "close formation" and it is a little faster without the drag of the gear.
