Looking forward to this Saturday! Got Jonboy lined up to run the shop, so I'm good to go. I'll try to come out and lend a hand on Friday with setup, Mike.

On a side note, and to tie the ribbons on FFT from the RDRC website perspective, I've just finished a new HUGE FlyForTots slideshow on the RDRC website. Thanks for all for the pics that were submitted. I culled through about 4000 pics, and whittled it down to about 1020 great pictures for the slideshow. When you go to the slideshow, scroll down and click "Start Slideshow", and kick back for a show that'll run about 30 minutes.

Go to www.RD-RC.org , select [- RDRC Event Info] from the LH menu, then choose [- FlyForTots '09] from the LH menu, then click [- FFT Pics '09] from the LH menu. I've scanning a couple of newpaper pieces to upload now. If any of you have other info I can use to archive in the events section of the RDRC site, I'd like to get hold of it.

See ya'll on Saturday!
Dave

Thats like the pot calling the kettle black! Even when Jonathan is at work he is off. I dont know many people that can take a heli or plane to work with them and get to do something with it and not get in trouble.

I just received the first bill for the internet feed at the field. Some of you had mentioned wanting to help support the internet feed for the field data streams in exchange for secure wireless access at the field. If any of you are interested in this, drop me a note to:

wb4iuy @ teara . org

I currently have the wireless portion of the router turned off. The necessary hardware is now installed, tested, and ready to go. If/when anyone wants to chip in, I'll turn it on and pass along the security codes to those who support the system.

Thanks,
Dave

We use twisted servo wire .. 22 g i think. I ordered the wire from Radicalrc.com. YOu can use the gold plated servoe connectors or the 3 pin dean connectors. One solid wire is better than multiple connections!!!!!!!
