Thats my first choice. I just hope my DSM conversion on my PC10SXII will bind with the BNF.

If not, I have a Futaba radio with a Spektrum module that will work.

There's been a little activity in the Vess shop over the past week. First, Joe Rafalowski was in town and was working on a Big A$$ Foamy from DW Foamies here last week. He also brought some blocks of EPP foam (more like what the T-28's are made out of) and we hotwired a couple of 2EZ's to test this material. This is the first time we've tried EPP on a 2EZ. I now have one mostly built and it looks very promising! It's certainly going to add even more durability.

Then, Larry was over yesterday working on an OMP Fusion for Wes Devaney. It's looking great and I'm sure Larry will be able to deliver it this week. He needs to clear his shop to build a certain FW-190.....and maybe some Club40 racers....and some foamies....and a 3D plane for Jacqui....and another jet.....and some indoor planes.....and....and....and.....

It's looking like the weather is going to be pretty decent Tuesday and word has it that a few of us may head out to the field if our other obligations are met. If you aren't working or shopping, join us!

Have you ever dreamed of what it would be like to ride in a fighter jet? I always thought it would be cool and actually got close to getting an opportunity to ride in an F-18 once when I was working with the Navy on a project. That never materialized and it's probably a good thing because as these videos show, it may have been quite humbling. There's actually several videos at this link showing the experience of a reporter who got to fly with the Blue Angels! Have a look.

Thanks to Jamie Hicks for the link.....

Here's how the scam works: Two seriously good-looking 20-21 year-old girls come over to your car as you are packing your Christmas shopping into the trunk. They both start wiping your windshield with a rag and Windex, they are almost falling out of their skimpy T-shirts and it's impossible not to look.

When you thank them and offer them a tip, they say "No" and instead ask you for a ride to East RC. You agree and they get in the back seat. On the way, they start undressing. Then one of them climbs over into the front seat and starts crawling all over you, while the other one steals your wallet.

I had my wallet stolen November 23rd, the 29th, Dec 2nd, 5th and plan for it a couple of times upcoming weekend.

So be careful and let your friends know to be careful.

I kind of like this scam, but that's just me. I'm not sayin, I'm just sayin'.

You have quite an air force there, Fiddy. And, yep, we'll do that Urge thing before too long....
