HEARD ARELEASE DATE ON THE 85 WHEN THEY CAME OUT TOO.GLAD I DIDN'T WAIT ON ONE OF THOSE I WOULD HAVE MISSED THE MAJORITY OF THE FLYING SEASON.I ACTUALLY THOUGHT ABOUT A DLE 111 BUT MY WIFE TALKED ME OUT OF IT.I 'LL PROBABLY JUST BUY A USED DA 1OO

Any wife that would talk you out of a DLE and into a DA is a KEEPER!!

By the way, I doubt anyone would laugh at you or your building skills, specially when you chose that big ole plane to cut your teeth on!! I know plenty of guys who won't touch anything that isn't an arf, no matter the size!!

I hate to admit it, but ARF's have there place...but I don't feel that anyone should limit themselves to just ARF's. If all you have are ARF's, then how are you ever gonna learn to fix anything?

I sure can't afford to just replace a big plane....even though my only giant scale is an arf...(hangs head)

Hello fellow members....I am putting this old Lou Andrews Bi-wing back together, do these wheel pants look alright? I do not have the originals so thinking about using these instead.
