Once he trimmed it out, it flew quite nicely In fact we all had a blast on Sunday, dispite the winds!!

Why yes Joe, that would be the issue I am talking about. We will all be little people now that he has made it to the international level ! I heard he does an awsome 0 of 8 point roll. Maybe one day I will get to see him do this.

What's even more impressive is the JR Century 7 SINGLE STICK radio! Very cool.

Ok, ready for a few more pics? My Raider is Flight Ready now, but I plan to add graphics before I take it out to the field. Yes,,,,, graphics DO make them go faster!!!!
Tonight we'll look at the radio and engine install. Again,,,,very simple! So far I have a little over 4 hours in this plane!!!!

Pic 1 shows the Aileron control linkage set up. The instructions show using the supplied 90 degree clips for the connection on teh servo arm, but I chose to use Z-Bends. Just a matter of preference. The 90 degree clips work great, and just a quick to do. Ive shown both versions so you can get an idea of how both look.

Heres a pic of the elevator and rudder set up. Again, I used Z-Bends

Throtle servo is simple as well. I'll show a pic of that a little later

Motor Mount! Easy stuff folks! Just remember to add some thread locker to the screws before final mounting. Also, I brushed on a coat of thinned out epoxy inside the engine compartment. After all dried well, I installed the engine mounts.

Lets drop that power plant in folks! Here I'm using my trusty ole Du-Bro center mark drill. A few socket head bolts and nuts, and it done!

Now its on to the fuel tank. This model actually comes with a good fuel tank and stopper unit! Total tank built time,,,,,, 5 minutes!
Next pic shows the tank in place. You dont glue the tank in place,,rather, you set it in place and glue a brace in behind it. Make sure the tank is centered in teh firewall hole before you glue the brace in.

Here is my switch and charge port. no "Go Fast" location for this. I just chose to go simple.
