I will! Actually, I forgot to take pics when I did my first motor, but I have two more engines to do!
I'll try to get #2 engine done this weekend. I believe Bill Fillmore wants to buy one of my engines, so I'll see if he wants me to do the mod for him or not. It only took a few minutes to do mine the other night. Not doing the mid-range needle mod. Its not allowed in Club 40 rules now, and besides, we want our models to idle well.

Larry The sight for this indoor flyin is large you could play a full court basket ball game with no problem it has a high ceiling at least 60ft.

here is the address for the indoor fly in:

Pinetops Baptist Church.
710 West Hamlet Street
Pinetops N.C. 27864

According to Mike he said that the church we flew at last year in Roanoke Rapids with Jeff Foley would fit inside the hall we will be using on the 26th so bigger is better!

go ahead and start coming up with games and events... I am thinking we need to set up some pylons and practice some left turns with the indoor toys, there are several Tarheel R/C Flyers that are interested in the club 40 racing and this might help encourage some of us to go ahead and purchase one of the Sky Raider's!

VAPOR CHALLENGE!!!

Basically, just an obstacle course for the Vapors. Hoops you have to fly through, tables you have to fly under, pylons you have to fly around, and land on a table top (full stop). Heats of 3 or 4 at a time, heat winners advance. We have done this numerous times at the Eden indoor flyin and have a blast doing it.

Hey Folks!
In spite of all the snow and ice, long work hours, and not seeing my family much, this has been a pretty good week. We've seen several members posting pics and comments about getting their Raiders race ready.
Rockey Mount boys have invited us to what looks to be the best indoor electric meet in NC.
And of course,Robert gave us all a sneek peek of the March Model Aviation cover!
Then I get home and Jacqui runs up to me with a box! Jacqui is all excited and says its from Victory Junction. We zip inside, open the box, and out falls 10 DVDs!!! Of course we ran down stairs and popped it in the DVD player. Its short, but shows all of us presenting the VJ Camp with a $27,000 check. Id say this will be a very nice addition to the FFT web-site!!!!
I'm tell'n ya folks,,,,,, FFT is about to explode!!!!!

We don't do it for the "PR", but frankly publicity only helps the event and the donations grow, which ultimately help the kids. So this is great!
