if it were just being done on a copier then it will be ready for Saturday...I was talking bout getting a few thousand printed up for the event, but was thinking more of a full color set with a b/w map on the reverse....that will take a week to get done and shipped over to us. The b/w ones I can get done for Saturday though.

Dave, That flyer was intended to be an "interim" version until I got a better one put together like last year.

I thought so..I'l just print off some for the weekend and will wait to get others done if they are wanted. Just give me time to get them shipped in before the mall show if they are needed.

Hey Chris,

What time is all the vapors and all getting together, I got a good guess that all of the mentioned aircraft will not be the only that show up! If no one else shows up with one I know I will have one!

Does the word Sukhoi mean anything to you!!

The club will have roughly a 10x30 space directly in front of the photo studio to setup a display in promotion of the Fly For Tots. We will also have the areas directly in front of the hobby shop for our fellow NC clubs and RDRC members to setup camp and display.

Generous donations from Horizon Hobby, Sig, Hang-It R/C, Great Planes, Hobby Lobby and others will give us a bang up line up of door prizes again this year, plus many more goodies, including flight sims, chicks in bikinis, etc..

BRING THOSE VAPORS, EMBERS, MICRO CESSNA 210's, MICRO CITABRIAS & BLADE MCX's!!!!

After a quick stop at McD in the morning, I should be there around 7:30 ish to start the setup.

I will grab the FFT banner and RDRC banner from the shed... along with the new VJ banner I am in the process of making. I will also grab the donation jar, just in care people are feeling generous. Thanks in advance for the fliers being printed up by Dave L. and others. I have flier holders ready to attach to the big tent.

*** Attention RDRC Club members ***, as it was stated, let me know if you plan to come out and help. There is plenty of room to show off your planes... don't want to bring a plane, no worries, your presence there to answer questions and/or promote the FFT would be much appreciated.

I'll verify tomorrow. If anyone wants to give a hand with the FFT stuff, please do. If anyone has any fliers ready, this would be an opportune moment to dish these out. I will bring a dvd player and a small TV to loop the FFT promo video. We'll be setting up an hour or so before the event kicks off...maybe earlier.
