Well if you have a new pack of 12x24 I figure that might be enough. I have some on order I can replace it with, just don't want to wait till the last minute to be finishing this repair up.

Let me know. I should be at the field Sat/Sun if you are heading out that way.

Thanks,

Well, today was the St Baldrick's day at Napper's Tandy. I'll just let the pictures speak for themselves. See if you recognize any RDRC members.

In this hobby,, if there is a proposed delivary or release date,, wait till it gets to your house before you sell your old merchandise.

You are SO right about that.

I was cleaning out part of my shop, and ran across a magazine from 1973. There was an ad in there from Cox, showing the Conquest .15 and Conquest .40 engines. They did come out with the .15, I have a couple, NIB, and one that I ran quite a bit - VERY powerful engine. However, the .40 was never released. As I recall, it was advertised for a few months. Never heard why they did not release it.

OTOH, the days of something being on the market for several years is over. With all the CAD/CAM being used, something can be designed and released in very short order, and the upgrade or revision will not be far behind. Things get obsolete so fast now.
