Whats up everyone I've been out of flying for a while now due to illness... ulcerative colitis. just ordered a new Spektrum DX7 and I'm getting back into it. I've been going through forums like a madman like I used to and I came across something that I think would be a hilarious addition to RDRC....

http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_64...tm.htm#9817190

It's a pink elephant that the flyer with the latest crash must wear until a new crashee is awarded it! Looks to be a humorous way to lighten up the atmosphere after a mishap

Just ordered my binoculars this morning, and looking at rock polishers now.

After we got setup Friday morning, we rode the ferry over to Manhatten, rode the subway, walked past ground zero, toured the observation deck on the Empire State building, etc. We did not have enough time to visit the newly renovated Intrepid, though.

Yes, he came walking out of the crowd to say hello!

And of all the people in NYC on that particular day, we just happened to bump into Andy Kane close to ground zero.

I did not take that many pictures, but I will post some when I get a chance. Hopefully Ken will post a few as well.

I had to work today, so I had to drive straight through to get home at 4:30 this morning. The rest of the team stopped somewhere south of DC to spend the night. Needless to say, I have some sleep to catch up on tonight! I also think I lost 4-5 lbs with all the walking we had to do.
