From what Emily says, ole Joshee is in very severe pain and they have him on morphine. They are scheduling him for surgery today. I'll let you guys know more when I know more. Until then, lets all pray for Josh!
Wow, hope he pulls through this quickly. Let us know when you have more info....

His Dad called me a little while ago. He's out of surgery now, and most likely back in his room. But with a few extra parts!!!!! 2 or 3 metal plates, and a box of screws!!!!! I think Bob and Martha are headed to see him tonight. Jacqui and I will head over in the morning. I think I will give him a Sunday Morning sermon!!!! Thou shalt not fall out of truck!!!!

First let me say, a speedy recovery to Josh.

Well I had an intresting day at the field this evening.

First I flew my dads Big Stick 60. And the engine quit on takeoff just as I was turning out to go over the tree. Dead stick over the tree isn't good. I did clear them, but BARELY!!. The left wing scrubed a tree top but it made it back to the runway.

Then I flew the Spitfire. Well I was making a "Power dive" and the motor blew up. Had to deadstick that one.

So I pulled out old reliable, The Mustang. Well I had a great 12 minute flight with it. We saw something leave the plane. Figuring it was a land gear cover. I just setup for a normal landing. Well, it wouldn't idle down. So I go around, line up, had everything looking good. Flipped the choke. it's still running! So I go round AGIAN! landed hot and had to run off in the tall grass. Flipping her over. Lucky no damage! What fell off? well all the covers and hatches were there. Then I notice this big hole where I once had a muffler. It broke the can off at the header. As for the choke not working. It got binded on the cowl. Go figure. It did bind when I was cranking it.

Ol'well it was a costly day but I was lucky to get all three planes down safely. I still had fun.

Hey Dave, does East RC service DL engines? I got one that needs fixin

Later guys,
Kelly

Hi Kelly,

Not any more, I think it's DL USA that has that, now.
