Cool Contest!!!
OK Circus members, FG readers, and talented artist! We need a little help here and thought we’d throw this out to you guys and gals for your help. As many of you know, Jacqui recently started up a new side line to her sewing business and we now have “Jackie Sacks” to provide us with custom fit wings bags and accessories. She has fabricated several sets for modelers already and everyone has been thrilled with the results. In case you have not seen them, they are a very high quality bag and provide great protection to your models wings, fuselage, or aircraft accessories. Thanks to Jason Jarvis she already has a cool web-site started (www.JackieSacks.com and she will be building on that as time goes by.

Here’s our problem! We have the service, we have the web-site, but we have no Logo!!! This logo will be used on business cards, a banner, logo tags on the wing bags, and of course on the web-site itself.
So that’s where we need YOU! Unfortunately, Jacqui and I STINK at creating designs or generating them on a computer. So Jacqui and I have decided to put up a little contest in an attempt to get this done. We need to get this accomplished VERY soon, so let’s get on with the details.

1. Jacqui wants to incorporate the letters J and S in the design (Jackie Sacks)

2. She wants to have the image of a jet in the design. Something like the profile of an F-16 or F-15 This only needs to be an image or profile of the jet. It should not have too much detail in it.

3. Along the bottom of the logo it needs to display the web-site. www.JackieSacks.com

4. Keep the colors to a minimum. Most likely the cards will be in B&W, as well as the wing bag logo tags.

5. The art work needs to be produced in a JPEG and/or PDF file. This is because the printers and tag makers require the file to be in this form to produce their products.

Like I was saying, we need to get this done really soon. Several of the recent customers have requested she mail them a tag or business card to help promote her product, and we want to have s banner made to display at upcoming event. In fact, we plan to attend a jet meet August 5th, and we’d love to have this done in time for that.

So what’s in it for YOU? I’m sure most all of you have that special plane you want to protect or need help transporting in and out of the truck etc. So,,,,,,,,, Jacqui has informed me she will give a $150 credit toward a set of custom wings bags to the winning designer.
Not bad huh? So get on that computer folks and let the creative thoughts go! Again, we really want to get this accomplished quickly and we’re hoping to see designs roll in this week. If we want to get a banner, logo tags and business cards made up in time for the PA jet trip, we have to move now!
If you'd like, just send your entries to RCLARRY@AOL.COM

Check out these prototypes of custom wheels for the Top Flite Giant P-51. There are a couple of changes planned for the next run, but this will give you an idea of what they look like...
