Update on Roush-
NASCAR owner Jack Roush
hurt in EAA AirVenture crash

Gannett Wisconsin Media • July 28, 2010

OSHKOSH — NASCAR team owner Jack Roush was
injured when the business jet he was flying made a
hard landing Tuesday afternoon at Wittman Regional
Airport.

Witnesses said the plane was coming in too low and
too slow as it approached the south end of the
airport's north-south runway, which caused the
plane to start to roll. The nose then hit the ground,
the plane spun 180 degrees and the tail broke off.

"It looked like a bad approach and he overcorrected
and then crashed," said Mark Yarnell, of New
Philadelphia, Ohio.

Dick Knapinski, communications officer for the
Experimental Aircraft Association, said Roush was
piloting the plane when it went down, and there was
one passenger on board.

I've been a little busy moving, but did manage to get out and fly the new Beast. Plane only needed 3 clicks of down. The mix's that were in the manual were spot on. I couldn't be happier with the way that it flew. I pretty sure pops was pleased to.

Awesome! One neat thing about the Cheyenne is that it could hover nose-up or nose-down and could accelerate/decelerate without having to pitch up or down, using the thrust from the rear thrust.

Now, lets see someone incorporate THAT into some wild 3D flying. (4D???).
