Hey - just to let everybody know the Tarheel RC Flyers is having a night fly this Friday, August 6 at the club field. We have invited the Wilson club and would like for any and all interested RDRC members to come out as well. We will be starting about 8pm. It's an impromptu get-together, so no planned food or raffles, just come out and fly. We have a gas grill on site if you feel like cooking and cold drinks for sale. I have heard some people are planning on cooking, and some are just coming to party! Hope to see you all there. For directions to the club field or other information you can go to www.tarheelrcflyers.org

Wow, what a blast I had yesterday at the field. Mild temps, very little wind. I took three planes (Radian, Habu, profile Yak) and I was in the air with them about 50% of the time I was there. I really kept the chargers working! Brought everything back in one piece, too!

It was great to get out the field and fly with everyone. Even Josh was there flying.

I'm still waiting for Michael H to post some pics he took.

But what about leaving burn marks in your nice, new grass? Our Kingcats would do that, as you may have noticed before.
