Lots Goin On At The 'Tree!
The good folks at Triple Tree never seem to slow down! The Nall's wrapped up, The Youth Masters is coming this weekend, and a new kind of event is headed to Triple Tree Aerodrome - A Full Scale EAA Event! Pat Hartness and crew have been hard at work installing runway lights & irrigation, and with the killer vintage World War II era tower that was recently installed, the site is now ready to host the big birds!
All of us modelers who are also full scale pilots will now have the opportunity to fly into the facility! As always, TripleTree is open to all AMA members as well as EAA & APOA. Come down and check it out! The action begins on September 26th - 29th, and as always, we'll be bringing the event back to FG for all of our members. This sounds like it's really going to be a blast! Triple Tree is considered an Uncontroled field. I am sure by the time the meet rolls around thou they will have it figured out.

The local EAA chapter will be responsible for all those little details such as trafic controll..LOL
The Confederate Air Farce will be resposible for getting the field in shape and suplying the FUN, FELLOWSHIP, AND HOSPITALITY I will continue to post updates as they become available. Here is the ad that will go in several general aviation newpapers. Carol |

Plans are coming together in a big way for the full scale event at Triple Tree. Some of the EAA members reported that they are expecting a lot of homebuilts and warbirds.
