Hi Guys
C-ARF just released a new beast!! the all new and improved Yak 55-SP 3.0 meter. Perfect march for the 150cc -170cc engines ( come on DA !!! new 170 ??), 50mm wing tube instead of the old blade spar system, 2 servos per aileron, 1 on each elevator, canister ready, etc..... Take a look to the new schemes, more to come.... http://www.composite-arf.com.hk/ar/Catalog?cat=40 Regards Fernando Viollier GSA Sales Manager www.giantscaleaviation.com Last edited by fdo300; 06-26-2007 at 12:17 PM. |

those schemes are ugly! can you get them without the lettering on the wings? C-ARF needs to hire a good visual designer.

You could always change the C to a B and they would be "Barf Models".
![]() It a shame the schemes are so ugly, they are almost ok but did they have to call them Butterfly schemes. I would have let a kid with crayons design something better. :homo: |

The scheme is nice looking...they could have used a more masculine name for the scheme. I would like to see the Fantasy or JR scheme done with this plane.

From a marketing standpoint, don't they realize people (especially grown men) do not want to buy a scheme called "butterfly". This isn't rocket science!

Mmm, shemes are not pretty but I'm sure C-ARF will have more schemes soon, personally I prefer all white so I can paint anything I want and hide all the molds lines for a perfect finish.
Paint this airplanes is not difficult just time consuiming. Fernando V. |

The schemes look like a lolly pop...
Like put a stick in the ass of it and lick away. The fantasy schemes and these Yak schemes seem to be made by a guy who is locked into a room watching "Crush Groove" from 1982, and still uses words like "Funky Fresh" and "wiggity wreck yo self"
