The Buc-Le Aerosportsmen presents our annual Warbirds Over Pennsylvania Jim Simmons Memorial Giant Scale Fly-In July 27,28,29. This year is going to be huge. The meet is now 3 days, Fri-Sun. Only IMAA legal aircraft all three days while the impound is open (9am-5pm). Now for the best part! There is going to be a RTF 101" Yellow Aircraft T6 Texan given away at this event to one LUCKY pilot courtesy of Stan Brooks (Brooksbuilt Remotely Piloted Vehicles). This is NOT a raffle. You read that right! This aircraft will be given away (turn key) to a registered pilot at the event. For each day you fly you will be given a ticket for the give-away. If you fly all three days, you get three tickets. The Texan will include G-62, Retracts, JR 8611A servos throughout and a 2.4GHZ Spread Spectrum Radio. Now that I got your attention, our new field has a beautiful 1000' long grass runway that is super smooth and there is a ton of room to fly. There is plenty of room for campers (No hookups). There is also going to be a prize given away to the pilot that travels the furthest distance over 150 miles. Please check out our website for more details.
