The Perry Swap Meet - Event Coverage

The biggest RC swap meet of the year is happening - NOW!
I can remember fellow RC pilots talking about this amazing swap meet that happens in GA every year since I first got into the hobby. "Are you going to Perry?" was all they had to say. Everyone knew they were talking about the mother of all RC swap meets!
The Perry swap meet is going on right now at the Georgia National Fairgrounds and Agricenter in Perry, Georgia. The swap meet will also be going on Saturday as well.
Our own Jason Cole is live on the scene at the Perry event. Here is what he has to say:
Perry is pretty incredible! This show really illustrates how may people are really in the hobby. The huge amount of RC gear for sale and the amount of people is mind blowing! They have everything here that you can think of from toys to giant scale. Chris Hinson from ExtremeFlight RC is on the grounds. Mac Hodges came by and talked to me. Cliff from Atlanta Hobby is here. Luke's RC and even some folks from Triple Tree are running around. They have already sold 1,680 tables!This show has been going on since 1972 and it's awesome!
Dates and Times:
- Gates opened Friday for main event at 11:00 A.M. and will close at 7:00 P.M.
- Saturday's hours are 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
Location:
Located at the Georgia National Fairgrounds & AgriCenter, exit 135 Interstate 75, 100 miles south of Atlanta, Georgia, 135 miles north of the Florida border.

- Tables $15.00
- Admission - Adult $10.00, Kids $5.00
