Default Canister mount for Aeroworks 35% 260

I have the ARC version of the 35% 260 and it did not come with the plywood canister mount and tubing. I have a set of mounts that I got from Boby at Cactus, but they are too big for this plane. Does anyone out there still have there plywood mount and tubing from your ARF kit that you did not use. I suppose that I could make it, but I was hoping to get one that came in one of the ARF kits. Any help would be appreciated. Oh, I did call Aeroworks and they said it did not come with the ARC version. I am running the cans from Cactus for the 106.

Thanks,

Keith

I made my own from 3/8" SQ stock in a AW Edge 540T. I used the 3W mounts in the same plane, but took them out and did above. Used the blue silicon tubing that Aero Trend sells to cushion the cans. I wish I had pics, but I don't...............

Basically, all I did was box the can, and then run some 3/8" SQ to support the box for the canister.

The mounts that you got with the cans will work......its tricky but they do fit. I had them in my plane but changed them out with plywood mounts I made myself to lose some weight
