Default Help With Smart Fly Turboreg!!!!

I am in the proccess of adjusting the regulator and I can get the voltage to go up and the fan speeds up but the lowest I can get it is 7.4V. What am I probably doing wrong.

The voltage only goes up to 6.5 on all the turbo regs I have used and set up which is about 6 of them. I am not sure if it should go up to 7.4 volts unless this is some new design feature he added in the last 3 months...Jonas

Well I figure it out. It was my tester. lol. Check the gitrdone forum to see pics of the volt reading and everything.
