Spent a few more hours today on the bird. Got the canopy area done today(mostly). I had to get a wing on just to see it! The fuse needs a good sanding and then the tail and wings!
Not too bad a for the 1st week.

Tonight I test fit the wings and stabs and glued the end ribs on. The wings, and stabs fit perfectly no trimming necessary.
Here are a couple of pics showing the firewall getting glued and the initial cut of the canopy.

Jim, looking awesome!! I had heard those paks go together quickly, but you are flying (no pun intended). Seems like a really nice compromise between an arf and a kit at a great price. Keep the pics coming. Craig

Ya all the real hard stuff is done. The sheeting on the wings is real good stuff and probably better than I could do.
Great kit, better than an ARF because I get to choose my own covering scheme.

Thanks for the info on the hatch.

Yes is the mid wing Kit, all foam parts are pre sheeted and ready to cover. Jeeum built my Panzl from a Pak, and has built several other Pak kits from JTEC, he told he he doesnt even have to prep the sheeted parts for covering.
