Interested in IMAC and live near Chicago?
Dan Knippen and the guys at Fox Valley Aero are holding an IMAC Clinic for new guys looking to get started.
This is a great way to get introduced to this segment of the hobby.

We do something like this in the SE, actually Ty Lyman puts it on. Called Frozen Toes boot camp. Very good deal.

If I see Dan anytime soon, I'll ask him about the IMAC Clinic. I know he's proposed the dates for the Fox Valley IMAC contest for Aug 9th and 10th, so I imagine it'll be the week prior.

Dan did a great job at the last one.
Lots of new guys showed up.
Several of them flew at the contest the next weekend and a few flew at several more during the rest of the season.

Hey Guys. I want to do a newbie IMAC school at our club in Indy this spring. Any chance some of you guys can come to Indy and help me out. We have several guys that are interested in doing some IMAC next year. We have a great field and facilities at our club in Danville, IN(blacksheepclub.org). I am not sure how to do the school and could use some expertise. I am thinking some time in April, before the school in Muncie.

Thanks Wayne. That would be great. We have our Christmas Party next week, I will see if I can confirm a date. All you guys up there are welcome to come down if you can. Maybe I can advertise and make it a regional thing.

Also do not forget that the NC has a Flying and judgeing seminar each year at the AMA HQ at Muncie.
I strongley urge and suggest all to attend it.
Very informative and fun.
Dates in the past have been one week before the first IMAC Contest at Clinton, IN.

PS:
I am assuming they will be doing this again.
Tom Wheeler and Kurt Koelling usually do this and a good job too.
