I wondered about this. Then I remembered you'd be in a vehicle full of Cajuns.

I can't make it either but my excuse isn't that good but is related to the Shootout. In order to go to the Shootout I have to give back the holiday weekend to the family. I really hate to miss this contest.

Later,

This weekend is coming up fast. The field is ready I will be out there at around 9:30 am on Friday and be staying at the field until Sunday. We'll leave the gate open Friday night so if you arrive late you can drop off your trailor and claim your spot. I will start early registration around 2:00 pm on Friday and can register you any time after that. Lunch will be provided for the pilots on Sat and Sunday. I can fire up the grill for anybody that wants too cook-out Friday or Saturday night. Registration will open again around 7:00am on Saturday morning. Pilots meeting will be at 8:00am Saturday 8:30 wheels up. We are expecting 40+ pilots this should be a great event.
